Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Dorian’s Crossroads is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. All shipments include tracking information for verification.

Because each product is handmade, custom crafted, and/or spiritually prepared to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
