All products, spells, and readings from Dorian’s Crossroads are created as tools of spiritual inspiration and self expression.
Results vary with each person’s energy, intention, and consistency. We make no medical, legal, or financial claims. Everything here is for entertainment and spiritual use only.
By purchasing or interacting with this website, you confirm you’re 18 or older and understand that metaphysical products work symbolically, not scientifically.
Our formulas are crafted with care and plant based ingredients. Always patch test before full use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep oils away from eyes, flame, and heat. Never leave a candle unattended.
Products may contain nut, seed, or essential oils, review ingredients for sensitivities.
Our products are intended to support ritual and mood, not to diagnose or treat.
Most ready to ship items dispatch within 2-4 weeks.
Custom oils, spell work, and sigils are crafted, charged, and blessed individually, which can take 2–5 weeks depending on moon cycles and workload.
Each piece is infused with focus and intention before it leaves our altar.
Each order is packed with care and shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is on its way. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We’ll gladly assist in opening a carrier claim or helping locate the parcel, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders scanned as delivered.
Please confirm receipt within 48 hours of a Delivered status. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within that window with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made after 7 days may be limited by carrier rules.
Custom, spelled, or personal-care products are final sale.
Apparel & merchandise may be exchanged for size or replaced if defective when unworn and unwashed.
Notify us of transit damage within 48 hours with photos.
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Dorian’s Crossroads is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after delivery.
We handle each concern with fairness and respect.
Custom pieces are collaborations between your intention and our craft. Payment covers artistry, materials, and spiritual labor, not a guaranteed outcome. We reserve the right to decline or refund commissions that fall outside our ethical scope.
