CLARITY

Clarity

Hey guppies! 🫶

It’s been a few weeks since my last blog post, and I definitely have an update. During this time, I’ve been keeping myself busy with orders, filming, and our group workings. I won’t lie, the consistency part of it was a bit of a struggle at first, but then I remembered… you know what? I’m a witch. Let me solve this inconsistency within me. I started working with Herkimer, which I personally love for clarity and connecting with your higher self. I wanted to understand why I was struggling with consistency instead of just forcing myself to be more consistent.

And that led me to start asking myself a much bigger question… what actually fulfills me? Not what keeps me busy. Not what I think I should be doing. What are the things that genuinely make me feel good about the life I’m creating? That’s when I started thinking about you guppies.

I realized I’ve actually been a little selfish when it comes to sharing your reviews and post spell updates 😭 because I tend to read them, get all happy and emotional over them, and then keep them to myself. But those messages have also made me realize something about myself. Hearing about the positivity you experience after our workings, whether it’s something huge or even the smallest little shift, gives me such a genuine sense of fulfillment. There’s something about knowing that my craft, something that means so much to me personally, can also bring something positive into somebody else’s life that makes me feel like okay… this is why I love doing this, and once I noticed that, I started connecting it to other parts of my life.

I’ve always been someone who wants to take care of the people I love. Sometimes a little too much, because I can definitely forget about taking care of myself in the process lol. And after talking with so many of you individually, I’ve noticed that a lot of us have that in common. We love our families and when I say family, I don’t just mean blood relatives. I mean the people around you that you consider family. It made me realize that a huge part of what fulfills me is being able to create, practice my craft, take care of the people I love, and share something that can positively affect somebody else, but figuring that out also meant looking at the parts of my life that weren’t fulfilling me anymore.

I started looking more closely at my routines, habits, and the things I was doing simply because I had gotten used to doing them. I started asking myself what I wanted to become more consistent with, what I genuinely enjoyed, and what I had simply outgrown, and I think that’s where the clarity really started kicking in.

Think about it like a messy room. It’s hard to put together a good outfit when everything is everywhere. You’re looking for that one shirt, there are clothes you haven’t worn in forever taking up space, and you can’t even really see everything you have, but once you clean the room, suddenly getting dressed becomes a lot easier. You rediscover things you forgot you had, you realize what you actually love wearing, and you get rid of some things that just don’t fit anymore. (See what I did there… they don’t “fit” anymore hehe.) 😭

I think life can work the same way. Sometimes we’re looking everywhere for this huge answer about what we’re supposed to be doing with our lives when really, we might just need to clear some things out first. Look at your routines. Look at your habits. Look at what brings you genuine fulfillment and what you’re only holding onto because it’s familiar. Ask yourself the hard questions. Make a list of what you like and don’t like about your life and yes, that includes WAY more than just your connections lol.

For me, making those little changes helped me realize that I actually feel more in love with what I do than I have in a while. I want to keep sharing my craft. I want to create. I want to keep connecting with you guppies, and I want to keep spreading positivity wherever it needs to be. Do I know exactly what my life purpose is forever? Absolutely not 😭 but I think I understand what it is for this version of me, and maybe clarity isn’t always about discovering something completely new, sometimes it’s realizing what has been in front of you the entire time.

& Thank you guppies, truly, for always giving me the space to grow and for supporting me throughout this entire journey. You’ve truly blessed me🫶

Your merman,

Dorian 🧜‍♂️
