Each order is packed with care and shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is on its way. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We’ll gladly assist in opening a carrier claim or helping locate the parcel, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders scanned as delivered.
Please confirm receipt within 48 hours of a Delivered status. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within that window with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made after 7 days may be limited by carrier rules.
Custom, spelled, or personal-care products are final sale.
Apparel & merchandise may be exchanged for size or replaced if defective when unworn and unwashed.
Notify us of transit damage within 48 hours with photos.
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
